Abstract
The global context requires continuous training consistent with the demands of its stages, whose interrelationship of its stages, whose interrelationship ensures the updating, progress and advancement in professional progress in the professional activity. The study contributes to the Educational Sciences, by evidencing the coherent response offered by this theory, independently of others, to the transformation of human behavior from its theoretical-methodological foundation to its verification in educational practice. It also highlights the ideas of the founders of the Cuban nationality and nation, outstanding figures in the 19th, 20th and early 20th centuries as essential premises.
