Rompiendo el silencio del maltrato infantil en los infantes con retraso mental
Resumen
La violencia como fenómeno social tiene un fuerte impacto en el ser humano. En este sentido el maltrato infantil en los sujetos con retraso mental condiciona estados desfavorables que dificultan el proceso de socialización, se acentúan las particularidades psicológicas que tienen una fuerte connotación, que esta derivado en gran medida por la deficiencia que presentan y constituye un obstáculo para el despliegue de las potencialidades necesarias para su integración social, como ser social en los diferentes escenarios de pareja, familiar y social.
La sociedad cubana, privilegia y destaca la educación y preparación para la vida de los infantes que tienen alguna discapacidad y en el caso que nos ocupa los infantes con retraso mental. El reconocimiento de los derechos de estos sujetos, tiene una gran significación para la conciencia social y las políticas educacionales, debe ser el enfoque de las acciones educativas dirigidas a la familia y la comunidad para lograr su integración social y la preparación para la vida independiente a partir de sus posibilidades.

Abstract
The violence like social phenomenon has a strong impact in the human being. In this sense the infantile abuse in those subject with mental delay conditions unfavorable states that hinder the socialization process, the psychological particularities they are accentuated that have a strong connotation that this derived in great measure by the deficiency that you/they present and it constitutes an obstacle for the unfolding of the necessary potentialities for its social integration, as being social in the different couple scenarios, family and social.
The Cuban society, privileges and it highlights the education and preparation for the life of the infants that you/they have some discapacidad and in the case that occupies us the infants with mental delay. The recognition of the rights of these fellows, has a great significance for the social conscience and the educational politicians, it should be the focus of the educational actions directed to the family and the community to achieve its social integration and the preparation for the independent life starting from its possibilities.
