El proceso de orientación profesional desde la visión sociológica de José Martí

Abstract

 In Cuba, transformations related to vocational guidance in higher secondary education are carried out, therefore, it is essential to answer: What are the social factors that condition the conceptions of change in the institutional practices developed by the family and the school formed by social actors in the process of vocational guidance in higher secondary education? Therefore, in this research the Marti's sociological perspective is applied, which refers to the concept of social conventions, contributed by the most universal of Cubans, José Martí, as well as, his conception of change and the method of progressive disintegration, with the objective of explaining the social factors of sociocultural nature incorporated in social actors, the practices assumed by these around the process of professional orientation in higher secondary education.
