Abstract
The Cuban university context requires the availability of updated texts that address the Martí-Fidel line of thought regarding social classes and Latin American-Caribbean integration, to compensate for the lack of interdisciplinarity in the contents of the History of America and Latin American subjects. Cuba according to current social changes. Therefore, the development of teaching material for university teaching in the History of America and Cuba is proposed with the purpose of raising the ideological political preparation of students. For the development of this research and in correspondence with its characteristics, various methods and techniques are applied, including: analysis - synthesis to establish the links of the relationships between the teaching - learning process of the subjects of the base curriculum and the optional. Inductive - deductive was applied in the analysis of different theories for the fulfillment of the planned tasks. The systemic method from the foundations of dialectical and historical materialism, which allows the theoretical assumptions to be intertwined for the development of teaching material that enriches the coincidence around the problem raised.
