Análisis histórico de la formación del modo de actuación en Cuba en el período 1961-2024

Abstract

Professional pedagogical training is relevant in current conditions given the need to prepare future educators who respond to the demands of a constantly changing world. The university must integrate scientific advances and solutions to social problems by promoting an attitude of commitment to sustainable development. The objective of this article is to socialize partial results of the research carried out for doctoral training studies - at the Centro Escolar de Capacitation y Certification Educative de México - regarding the historical background of the process of formation of the mode of action in students of pedagogical careers. Scientific methods are used, among the theoretical ones: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, systematization and among the empirical ones the interview, survey, documentary review and life stories. The results correspond to historical background, indicators to make cuts in historical time, a periodization is offered in which the historical milestones that open and close each stage are expressed. The characterization of said stages is offered, which allows to reveal the historical-pedagogical tendency. The categories of vocational training and professional mode of action are systematized. Finally, the historical background of the formation of the mode of action in the period from 1961 to 2024 is determined, the periodization that comprises the process under investigation is justified, and sociological and pedagogical references are offered and assumed that are based on the studies of the scientific community, in particular the research of education professionals.
