Abstract

As a result of the global situation, Higher Education faces challenges from imperatives imposed by social practice and the training needs of students. To this end, processes of educational improvement or innovation are developed that in recent years have focused on the use of available technological resources. The objective of this work is to socialize experiences and results of science and innovation management in the undergraduate training of the graduate in Primary Education, course by meeting, for the transformation of the professional mode of action in community and family contexts. Scientific methods at the theoretical and empirical levels are used, as well as the application of different instruments that verify the results of the scientific methodological work of the General Pedagogical Training Discipline Department based on the Bachelor of Education degree. Primary. Theoretical relationships and practical experiences are established regarding essential lines such as science and innovation, educational research, the use of new information and communications technologies, the training of teaching staff and the study of representative figures of the local teaching profession. Experiences and results are presented based on curricular, research and extension teaching needs.
