The potentialities of the study plan, are  recognized from disciplines that in an interrelated way can impact from a systematic methodological work in training and development this skills.

The signification of the validity of the relationship professional problem – pedagogical professional ability – pedagogical professional performance, leads to attention to it in the professional model, in the designs of discipline programs and of subjects to consequently remodel and/or strengthen the primary teacher training process in daytime courses and by meetings in practice. It is necessary to model actions for areas of the career of Licentiate in Primary Education that make it possible with intensity and in an articulated way that gradual attention to the training and development of professional pedagogical skills involved in the direction of learning and in the achievement of better professional performance.
