System of overcoming of Avanced Education: science and technology for professional performance

Abstract
The complex realities of the present-day world, that threaten the existence of the man, demand the articulation of sustainable development strategies that take into account the socioeconomic base, scientific technological creativity, and the education as structuring element. In Cuba, Education has been characterized by leading, accompanying and consolidating the processes and projects of social and economic development, in the fulfillment of its social mandate.
In this context, the Avanced Education, as scientific educational theory, relevance by focusing its objectives on the processes of updating and improving of profesional performance and human improvement. The present article has like objective to argue the pertinence of the systems of overcoming as proposal of the Avanced Education for the improvement of professional performance of teachers in the Higher Education , from the dialectic relationship that is establishes between science and technology in his theoretical bases and scientific-methodological. The systems of overcoming are characterized as an alternative and figure of the Avanced Education and the professional performance of the teachers in Higher Education in the educational and sociopolitical context of current Cuban society. The main results obtained are the validity of the in its theoretical conception as an alternative and its application for the professional improvement of the teachers, in response to current social demands.
