Improvement strategy to improve the performance of tourism teachers in the treatment of discrimination based on skin color

La superación: alternativa indispensable desde la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada.

Abstract

Linked to the Theory of advanced education, which brings together the pedagogical wealth of the Cuban school and harmoniously introduces the postgraduate training of human capital that allows effectiveness and a high degree of specialization in different strategic sectors of the economy and society cuban. In Cuba, postgraduate education includes the preparation of professionals who have the social responsability of solving the problems derived from neoliberal globalization, economic interests, and social inequalities in today s contemporary world. Improvement through continuous and permanent improvement constitutes a great  challenge. The objective of this article is to expose the main challenges that are assumed from self-improvement as an essential alternative for profesional and human development. In this way , it contributes to facilitating the progressive passage of human capital towards a quialitatively superior profesional state, which allows it to be a dynamic role, where the updating of knowledge, the permanent formation of values, entrepreneurial capabilities are necessary to face the challenges of the future, the skills and competencies, that promote the development of their performance, revealed with internal and external audiences.
