The interdisciplinarity in the teaching-learning process of history subjects in preuniversity
La interdisciplinariedad en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las asignaturas de Historia en el preuniversitario
Abstract
The article that is offered is the result of scientific research and professional practice applied in pre-university institutions belonging to the San Miguel del Padrón territory. As part of the process, methods from the Materialist Dialectic conception were use that made it possible to clarify the real status of the development of interdisciplinarity from History subjects with others in the area of the humanities through selected articulation nodes. Consequently, the objective is to assess the potential of History and the necessary preparation of teacher to achieve it. Purpose that contributes to fulfill thorough the conception of a methodological alternative that favors the change required in the framework of the third educational improvement. The results of the diagnosis, obtained in the application of the observation to classes, the survey and the interview, which showed insufficiencies in the achievement of the research topic despite being one of the objectives of the Study Plan and therefore of the Graduate Profile. An essential condition is the preparation of the professors who direct the teaching, since it makes it possible to specify the projection of their work from the historical content with the other subjects in the area of humanities.
