Metrological culture in the training and development of agronomy technicians in San Luis
Abstract
ABSTRACT.
This article responds to the need to solve the limitations and deficiencies that in learning matters affect the training process related to the metrological culture in the workers and technicians of the middle level of the Agronomy specialty, in the Technical and Professional Education, situation that has been verified from the insufficient conduction and solution of the professional problems that are presented daily in their sphere of action in teachers and students, as well as in the applied diagnostic instruments. The objective pursued is the elaboration of varied exercises for the teaching-learning process and to ensure the students' preparation. It is based on conceptual definitions, parameters of characterization and conversion tables, all of which provide more motivation, interest and independence to understand and learn the contents related to metrological culture. It was applied to professors and students of the Andrés Valdés Fuentes polytechnic, who are studying the specialty in the municipality of San Luis, and it was well accepted by all those involved. All the chosen indicators were positively evaluated by all the actors to whom the instruments were given and with their application, qualitatively superior results were obtained.
