Resumen

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad desde un análisis crítico proponer acciones que aceleren la implementación de la tutoría en la carrera de Educación Primaria. Este constituye un tema dejado en el olvido, al no ocupar el lugar que debe en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes.  Es el tutor el que ejerce la función de guiar, orientar y contribuir a la formación del estudiante. Los tiempos que corren demandan de nuevas miradas hacia la organización y concepción de la tutoría, enfocando la atención en la tutoría virtual o la combinación de esta, con la tutoría presencial.  Las condiciones epidemiológicas que ha vivido el mundo y en especial, nuestro país, ha llevado a que los profesores universitarios se replanteen nuevas formas y vías para, en tiempos de pandemia, no detener el proceso de formación. Una de esas vías ha sido el empleo de la tecnología como medio, recurso válido aún no aprovechado al máximo para el intercambio de opiniones, el fomento del espíritu crítico y la búsqueda de un aprendizaje autónomo. La tutoría presencial y/o virtual se hace imprescindible en las condiciones actuales, en tanto permite la atención individualizada y coadyuva a mejorar la calidad, la pertinencia y equidad del proceso educativo. Ello se concreta en el Plan de Acción Tutoral el que contiene todas las acciones tanto individuales como grupales encaminadas a asesorar y acompañar al estudiante durante la carrera.

Abstract

The present work has as purpose from a critical analysis to propose actions that accelerate the implementation of the tutorship in the career of Primary Education. This constitutes a topic left in the forgetfulness, when not occupying the place that should in the process of the students' formation.  He/she is the tutor the one that exercises the function of guiding, to guide and to contribute to the student's formation. The times that you/they run demand of new looks toward the organization and conception of the tutorship, focusing the attention in the virtual tutorship or the combination of this, with the present tutorship.  The epidemic conditions that the world has lived and especially, our country, it has taken to that the university professors reconsider new forms and roads for, in times of pandemic, not to stop the formation process. One of those roads has even not been the employment of the technology like half, valid resource taken advantage to the maximum for the exchange of opinions, the development of the critical spirit and the search of an autonomous learning. The tutorship present virtual y/o becomes indispensable under the current conditions, as long as it allows the individualized attention and it cooperates to improve the quality, the relevancy and justness of the educational process. It is summed up it in the Plan of Action Tutoral the one that contains all the actions as much singular as grupales guided to advise and to accompany the student during the career.
