Abstract

The analysis of documents and research results revealed the essence of the epistemological determination on the political-ideological pedagogical formation, based on the experience of the University of the Communist Party of Cuba (UCPC) and as part of the line on the thought of Education and Pedagogy in Cuba. The stages through which formation passes as a process emphasizes its presence throughout the life of man and is necessary to conduct the processes in the ideological political order. The individual, global and integrative nature of the training category they taken into account. The integrating axes of pedagogical training facilitate the content and direct the analysis of what it means in the context of the UCPCC that political leadership activity, as part of the practical theory nexus that contributes to pedagogical formation, they based on the philosophy, the theory of knowledge and the ideology of the Cuban revolution. Then the pedagogical training of the teacher, needs the nexus for the understanding of the reality that tends to the construction and critical appropriation of the conceptual and methodological tools that derive orientations and actions aimed at the acquisition, structuring of contents as results of the implementation of the policies drawn up by the CPC that are contextualized.
