Professionalization for improving the performance of labor resources in the diplomatic context of Angola

Abstract
Currently, society reveals a need for comprehensive higher education training, which is reflected in the behavior of staff members who play a leading role in diplomatic missions. The objective of this article focuses on reflecting on the importance of professionalization for improving the behavior of staff members in the diplomatic context of the Republic of Angola, drawing on the contributions of Advanced Education. Theoretical, systematization, and synthetic analytical methods are used based on a qualitative bibliographic study that allows for a deeper understanding of essential references related to categories such as professionalization, improvement, ethics, and communication. The main results are stated based on the characteristics manifested in the diplomatic environment, which recognizes an ethical sense in the attitudes of officials related to diplomatic management. It is necessary to seek excellence in these professionals based on responsibility in the performance of their duties, which is systematized through training in the Angolan diplomatic academy. Therefore, values, interests, and beliefs must be evident in diplomatic relations.
