Keywords: health-based teaching-learning process; health-based pedagogical structuring, teacher performance, health model

Abstract

The systematization of Advanced Education made it possible, from a theoretical point of view, to enunciate considerations on the improvement of teaching performance. This aspect, with the combination of qualitative and quantitative studies, showed the lack of knowledge about the health approach among teachers not trained in health, which affects their performance in the teaching process. The aim of this paper is to share the experiences of studies on the improvement of teaching performance with a health approach from the perspective of Advanced Education. Theoretical and empirical methods were used to develop the research, which made it possible to characterize the object of study as a phenomenon in constant transformation. As the main result, the changes in the improvement of teaching performance with a health approach, based on Advanced Education, are reported.
