Metodología para dar atención a los educandos con necesidades educativas especiales en las escuelas multigrado.
Abstract
The inclusion of learners with special educational needs with or without disabilities in multigrade schools has been an important step to achieve truly inclusive, equitable and quality education for all, thus meeting the objectives of the 2030 Agenda. This constitutes a great challenge for managers and teachers who work in this context, demanding great self-preparation and the constant search for different ways to direct the teaching-learning process. This article presents a Methodology to provide attention to students with special educational needs in multigrade schools, with the objective that teachers manage to attend to the learning of the group and the needs and potential of each student at the same time. The population and sample represent 18 multigrade schools of the Popular Council, La Test, of the Songo – La Maya Municipality. To materialize this proposal, methods at the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical level were used. In a general sense, the evaluation of the results is presented. The research developed is the result of the Institutional Research Project “FARO”, executed by the Provincial Directorate of Education and the Universidad de Oriente in the province of Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.
