La autovaloración como contenido de la formación profesional integral. Análisis de su diagnóstico.
Abstract
The present article presents several criteria about the role of self-assessment in the comprehensive professional training of students of the major Psychology Pedagogy. The importance of studying the development of self-evaluative content that allows the trainees, to raise awareness of how to be, what and how to do, develop tolerance, flexibility, respect and adequate management of negative emotions, in addition to knowledge, skills, abilities that must be acquired for the effective fulfillment of their professional actions. Thus the objective is to demonstrate the results obtained through the diagnosis of the current state of the development of self-assessment in second-year students of the major Psychology Pedagogy. The authors use a qualitative and descriptive methodology, with the use of theoretical, empirical and methods of descriptive statistics .The results showed a low level of development of self-esteem, which demonstrates the need to direct educational work that contributes to the integration of those personality contents favor the individual development of students, the conscious acquisition of the contents of the profession and the development of professional identity is enhanced while integral professional training is promoted.
