Training in social education management to the Municipal Government
La gestión socioeducativa desde la estructura municipal del Gobierno
Abstract
The training of managers and officials in each country is of great relevance and even more so when they are in charge of educational functions. This is expressed because all socio-educational management involves preparation for a social commitment. Therefore, the objective of the article is to present the necessary elements for training representatives of the Municipal government and the Popular Councils in the La Lisa Municipality to undertake joint action with educational institutions, in socio-educational management in the neighborhoods. The investigative process is ascribed, in its bases, to the Dialectical Materialist conception and particularly. Theoretical methods such as analytical - synthetic, the method of analysis of documents, texts and testimonies, and modeling were taken into account, while empirical methods such as observation, survey and interview and the statistical mathematical method were taken into account. As a result, it was possible to systematize the state of knowledge on the educational management of managers and officials, and workshops are also proposed to help improve them. The analyzes carried out allowed us to recognize that there must be a synergy between all sectors based on the design and execution of policies, and that they be activated, to contribute to current educational transformations.
