Pedagogical quasi-experiment for the evaluation of a program. Cuasiexperimento pedagógico para la evaluación de un programa
Abstract
The implementation of the Curriculum "E" (2016), brought with it challenges in the formative process of the careers in Higher Education, which, although a greater flexibility was found in the curriculum in general, at the level of the General Training subject programs such as History of Cuba, imposed new challenges from the significant decrease in its hours / classes, as well as its structuring, which must be supported from the knowledge system of the basic science with those of the profession, in such a way that it is not left alone as a methodological indication but as part of a systemic interrelation between the design and its execution. These aspects were achieved from the evaluation process carried out on the program, which determined the accuracy of aspects in the theoretical and practical order related to the object of study. This article aims to analyze the results of the application of a longitudinal pedagogical Quasi-experiment, with experimental and control groups for the evaluation of the subject program exposed in the technical-agricultural profile careers of the Agrarian University of Havana (UNAH). Methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, class observation and surveys were used, which allowed the study and evolution of the evaluation of programs at the higher level, as well as their relevance through expert criteria. The results obtained with the evaluation process developed allowed us to specify the current curricular conception of the subject program based on the training process of related careers.
