Abstract

The training of educators constitutes a transcendental process in Cuban Pedagogy, taking educational research as a reference, with the needs that emerge from social development, to meet the quality of education considered as a priority in Agenda 2030, in harmony with the above, it is important to take advantage of educational research to develop playful skills from of the potentialities of the contents of the classes with more relevance in the training of the Education professional. These aspects reveal the search in the educational researches related to the playfulness and its connotation in the formative process which requires, to pay attention to the results of the III Improvement of the National Education System. In this sense, this article presents the results of a research that from its practical contribution, it is pronounced by methodological suggestions to the teachers, to take advantage of the contents of the programs of the subjects in the Career Licentiate in Education. Preschool in consonance with the Early Childhood curriculum and to develop ludic skills. The methods of analysis-synthesis and structural systemic as methodological guidelines for the integral development of the research with methodological suggestions, allowed to fulfill the investigated process from the proposed objective.
