Abstract

From the implementation of the Government Management System based on Science and Innovation, the aim is for the different entities and companies in the country to advocate scientific research to solve various problems. In the Foreign Trade Business Group, different support and Quality Management processes are developed, which are executed and controlled by cadres, specialists and technicians, in which it was possible to verify a lack of professional performance when complying with these activities. The purpose of this article is to model a professional improvement strategy for managers, specialists and technicians that improves their professional performance before the support processes and the Quality Management System (QMS). For which methods were applied: theoretical, empirical and mathematical, based on the materialist dialectic in the guide of the investigative process. The modeling of the professional improvement strategy was obtained as the main result, which has objectives, foundations, principles and with the actions planned in correspondence with each stage and the assessment of this is offered. The application of the strategy demonstrated that it is possible to improve the performance of these professionals through improvement.
