Abstract

The Cuban National Education System immersed in its transformations takes into consideration the Environmental Education of students in order to influence a training oriented towards conservation and respect for the Environment, for which it is imminent to provide students with environmental knowledge that result in responsible attitudes both in the student and community context. Consequently, it is necessary to execute Environmental Education actions that stimulate the positive performance of future professionals who are trained as a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance for the solution of environmental problems that are generated in the entity they work for. As expressed, the scientific problem of the research is declared: How to contribute to Environmental Education in the formation of the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Artemisa? The objective of the research presented is to: Propose an Environmental Education Program that contributes to the formation of the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Artemisa. The assessment of the application of the proposed program according to the research methods used, made possible a positive result by verifying a favorable trend in the Environmental Education of the Accounting and Finance Graduate.
