THE CULTURAL MISSION JOSÉ FÉLIX RIBAS IN AMAZONS REPUBLIC BOLIVARIAN THE VENEZUELA
Resumen
La Ley Orgánica de Educación refrenda: implementar con carácter experimental el Plan Extraordinario José Félix Ribas denominado Misión Ribas a fin de garantizar la continuidad de estudios a aquellos, que no han logrado ingresar o culminar sus estudios desde la tercera etapa del nivel de Educación Básica, hasta el nivel de Educación Media Diversificada y Profesional. La Misión, tiene el reto, a través de la educación, de avanzar a pasos de vencedores en el camino de autodeterminación de los pueblos y dirigida a jóvenes y adultos para su formación en el nivel secundario y egresar como bachilleres con el siguiente perfil: Nuevo Republicano Bolivariano, ciudadano y ciudadana capaces de valorarse a sí mismo y a su comunidad para vivir en democracia, de manera participativa, protagónica y corresponsables en el marco de ideario Bolivariano, con visión holística y armonía con el ambiente, para construcción de una sociedad de convivencia, cooperación, solidaria, de justicia y por ende, la Paz. El objetivo fundamental de la misión beneficiar a todos los ciudadanos sin importar su edad, que quieran terminar sus estudios secundarios luego de haber cursado la primaria bien sea derivada de la Misión Robinson o de la educación convencional. Como métodos se han utilizado la participación protagónica, el estudio de casos, participación acción. Como resultados se destaca cómo los estudios de máster en supervisión educativa han contribuido a mejorar los procesos de la Misión Ribas. Como conclusiones se han logrado graduar un elevado número de personas gracias a dicha Misión Educativa.
Summary:
The Organic Law of Education countersigns: to implement with experimental character the Extraordinary Plan José Félix Ribas denominated Mission Ribas in order to guarantee the continuity of studies to those that have not been able to enter or to culminate their studies from the third stage of the level of Basic Education, until the level of Diversified Half Education and Professional. The Mission, has the challenge, through the education, of advancing to winners' steps in the one on the way to self-determination of the towns and directed to young and adults for its formation in the secondary level and egresses like high schools with the following profile: New Republican Bolivarian, citizen and citizen able to be valued itself and their community to live in democracy, in way participative, protagonistic and corresponsables in the ideation mark Bolivarian, with holistic vision and harmony with the atmosphere, for construction of a society of coexistence, cooperation, solidary, of justice and for ended, the Peace. The fundamental objective of the mission to benefit all the citizens without caring their age that you/they want to finish their secondary studies after having studied the primary one well is derived of the Mission Robinson or of the conventional education. As methods the protagonistic participation, the study of cases, participation action have been used. As results he/she stands out how the máster studies in educational supervision have contributed to improve the processes of the Mission Ribas. As conclusions they have been possible to graduate a high number of people thanks to this Educational Mission.
