The Integrative Main Discipline: A critical analysis from a gender focus.
Resumen
La Disciplina Formación Laboral Investigativa constituye un espacio idóneo en la formación del Licenciado en Educación Primaria. Tiene como intención preparar a los/as estudiantes en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, con una concepción integradora y enfoque científico e interdisciplinar, desde la integración de los componentes académico e investigativos en función de la resolución de problemas profesionales. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis crítico de la Disciplina Principal Integradora, perteneciente al Plan de estudio “E”, vigente desde el año 2016, desde un enfoque de género, considerando la integración de contenidos con estos temas; para que contribuyan a la formación del profesional de la Licenciatura en Educación Primaria en la Universidad “Carlos Rafael Rodríguez”, en correspondencia con la categoría de género, si se tiene en cuenta que este particular genera situaciones que tributan a problemas profesionales. La determinación de referentes teórico-metodológicos sobre la Disciplina Principal Integradora y el enfoque de género, permitieron realizar un análisis al Programa a partir del Modelo del Profesional, se presentan las principales insuficiencias que se identifican en esta disciplina y una valoración acerca de la necesidad del enfoque de género en la misma. En el mismo se empleó métodos teóricos, empíricos que dieron como resultado la investigación concebida, esta permitirá influir en el estudiantado en cuanto a cambios en sus modos de actuar y que repercutan en su bienestar social, al mismo tiempo respondan a las demandas sociales y desafíos actuales que afronta la sociedad en torno a la categoría de género.
ABSTRACT: The Discipline Investigative Labor Formation constitutes a suitable space in the Graduate's formation in Primary Education. He/she has as intention to prepare to students in the address of the teaching-learning process, with an integrative conception and scientific focus and interdisciplinar, from the integration of the academic and investigative components in function of the resolution of professional problems. The present article has as objective to carry out a critical analysis of the Integrative Main Discipline, belonging to the study Plan "AND", effective from the year 2016, from a gender focus, considering the integration of contents with these topics; so that they contribute to the formation of the professional of the career Degree in Primary Education in the University "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez", in correspondence with the gender category, if one keeps in mind that this matter generates situations that pay to professional problems. The determination of relating theoretical-methodological on the Integrative Main Discipline and the gender focus, they allowed to carry out an analysis to the Program starting from the Professional's Pattern, the main inadequacies are presented that are identified in this discipline and a valuation about the necessity of the gender focus in the same one. In the same one it was used theoretical, empiric methods that gave the conceived investigation as a result, this it will allow to influence in the student body as for changes in their ways of acting and that they rebound in their social well-being, at the same time respond to the social demands and current challenges that it confronts the society around the gender category.
