Prácticas educativas que promueven la convivencia y la cultura de paz en el contexto universitario
Resumen
En la formación integral que brindan las instituciones educacionales, se hace imprescindible proveer a los estudiantes a través de propuestas educativas, de una serie de aprendizajes que les permitan actuar constructivamente y poder enfrentar con éxito situaciones de la cotidianeidad, lo que se resume en prepararlos para la vida. Además de enseñarle a los jóvenes universitarios los conocimientos de las diferentes disciplinas incluidas en los currículos escolares, es necesario promover el enfrentamiento con éxito de las exigencias, demandas y desafíos de la vida diaria: la autoestima, la asertividad, la toma oportuna de decisiones, el pensamiento creativo, crítico y reflexivo, el manejo de emociones y sentimientos, la comunicación efectiva y la autonomía moral y el respeto al otro. Con frecuencia, fruto de la educación tradicionalista, es asumida la idea de que en el nivel superior de educación basta con propiciar a los futuros profesionales de las diferentes ramas, los contenidos y técnicas esenciales para poder desarrollar con éxito la profesión seleccionada; es por eso, que en muchas ocasiones, se pasa por alto brindar la atención requerida a temas tan importantes como el de las relaciones que se establecen entre los sujetos, las interacciones que tienen lugar en los grupos y lo factible de una buena comunicación. Se propone una serie de actividades a desarrollar con los estudiantes tanto por la vía curricular como extensionista, en aras de promover una convivencia asertiva y pongan en práctica los fundamentos de la cultura de paz, además se ofrece una propuesta metodológica para cómo ellos abordar esta temática en la educación Secundaria Básica.

ABSTRACT
In the integral formation that you/they offer the educational institutions, it becomes indispensable to provide the students through educational proposals, of a series of learnings that you/they allow them to act constructively and to be able to face with success situations of the day-to-dayness, what is summarized in preparing them for the life. Besides teaching the university youths the knowledge of the different disciplines included in the school curricula, it is necessary to promote the confrontation with success of the demands, demands and challenges of the daily life: the self-esteem, the assertiveness, the opportune taking of decisions, the creative, critical and reflexive thought, the handling of emotions and feelings, the effective communication and the moral autonomy and the respect to the other one. Frequently, fruit of the traditionalist education, it is assumed the idea that in the superior level of coarse education with propitiating to the professional futures of the different branches, the contents and essential techniques to be able to develop with success the selected profession; it is for that reason that in many occasions, he/she spends for high to offer the required attention to topics so important as of the relationships which settle down among the fellows, the interactions that take place in the groups and the feasible of a good communication. He/she intends a series of activities to develop so much with the students for the curricular road as extensionista, for the sake of promoting an assertive coexistence and put into practice the foundations of the culture of peace, he/she also offers a methodological proposal for how them to approach this thematic one in the Basic Secondary education.
