Teacher preparation for their performance in the identification students with academic talent

Abstract
There is a need to raise the level of teacher preparation in order to develop their diagnostic function as vocational competence at primary school. The objective is to propose a system of actions aimed at preparing the teacher for his or her performance in identifying first-grade students with academic talent. Observation, interview and documentary review were used to establish that in the diagnosis of the students. A system of actions is proposed to raise the level of theoretical and methodological preparation of the teacher for his performance in identifying these students. Teachers were made to know more about talent, the children’s Raven test to assess the intelligence coefficient of students other methods that allow them to evaluate the motivation and creativity that characterizes them. The satisfaction scale applied to teachers showed the effectiveness of the training received.
