La orientación profesional pedagógica: una necesidad social
Abstract
Pedagogical professional orientation for future Basic Secondary Education teachers has been a priority within Cuban education. Accordingly, the present research aims to propose a system of workshops that promotes pedagogical professional orientation for students in training as Basic Secondary Education teachers, specializing in Physics. A proposal is presented to the faculty of the Rubén Martínez Villena Pedagogical School that aims to strengthen this process. These elements are reflected in the dimensions and indicators used to diagnose the initial state, employing theoretical, empirical, and mathematical-level methods. The assessment carried out by specialists demonstrated its relevance and feasibility, as well as the transformations that occurred within this process.
