Abstract

Introduction: Posgraduate’s formative process constitutes a natural continuation of pre-grade in the meantime it is impossible to conceive a sustainable development of the human resources of the processes and where these intervene, unless those get ahead from the bringing up to date, the systematization, the consolidation and the diffusion of knowledges. Objective: Designing Superation's Strategy for the improvement of the professional pedagogic performance of the tutor of Superior Technician in Clinical Analysis and Arroyo Naranjo Gives Medicine Transfusional’s in the Education in the Work of the municipality. Method: The methods were used: Historic – logician, systemic structural functional, systematization, moderation and the documentary revision. Result: The phase of implementation of Superation’s Strategy for the improvement of the professional pedagogic performance of the tutor in the on-the-job Education, methodological of the investigation with the related task with the assessment of the results of the performance, that they evidence his viability shades into the diagram. Findings: The professional strategy's design enables determining the essential relations from the posgrado; that visualize the transformation demonstrated of the professional pedagogic performance during the acting of the tutor of the superior Technician in clinical Analysis and medicine allow transfusional’s in the on-the-job Education.
