Abstract
In this article, the authors are concerned with development of the Medical Education from the posgrade constitutes the sustainable development of the human resources from the bringing up to date, the systematization, the consolidation and the diffusion of knowledges. Still the actions in the formative process prove to be insufficient and irregularities are shown at the pedagogic conception and the scientific investigation, this aspect influences negatively the general culture of the professional in the performance of the fulfillment of the corporate purpose of the entities of health. The pedagogic conception of the process of professional overcoming focuses on the attributes of the individuals like central element of the competitions. The professional overcoming has provision for the integration of the professional competitions, in this sense, the members of Health's Multi-Disciplinary Teams have the responsibility, from the use of the clinical and epidemiologic method, the promotion, prevention, opportune diagnosis and the rehabilitation and incorporation to the society of the patients with congenital cardiopathy that show to the ethical moral values themselves with a most integral vision, the human sensibility and the respect to the people in the service, being this an adequate mail between knowledge, the knowledge allows that doing and being. The systematization once the professional performance was accomplished allowed defining the professional performance of Health's Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
