Concepciones generales de la didáctica de la educación posgraduada en las fuerzas armadas angolanas (FAA)
Resumen
En el presente trabajo se presentan los resultados que alcanzan la aplicación de las políticas de la enseñanza superior aprobadas por el Estado Angolano en concordancia a los efectos e impactos que hacia la sociedad debe tener por ejemplo el Instituto Superior del Ejército (ISE) como Establecimiento estatal militar de alto nivel docente e investigativo. La propuesta de la creación de esta institución parte de la necesidad de contar en el país con un Establecimiento de educación superior dedicada exclusivamente a la superación de posgrado de perfil militar, Maestrías y doctorados que preparará a los oficiales del primer y segundo grado de la FAA. La preparación concebida se realizará desde una concepción didáctica integral, participativa, tendiente al desarrollo y contextualizada a la realidad socio-económica del país. La institución que sirve como objeto del trabajo debe tener presente el nivel y posibilidades del claustro y los directivos para identificar las debilidades, fortalezas y oportunidades que posee para su desarrollo interno y proyección exterior, para tales fines en el trabajo se presentan las concepciones generales de la didáctica de la educación posgraduada en el ISE de las FAA que se proponen realizar desde la perspectiva político y social en la sociedad.

General conceptions of the didactics of the education postgraduate in the armed forces Angolans (FAA)
ABSTRACT
Presently work the results are presented that they reach the application of the politicians of the higher education approved by the State Angolan in agreement to the effects and impacts that he/she should have the Superior Institute of the Army for example toward the society (ISE) as military state Establishment of high educational and investigative level. The proposal of the creation of this institution leaves of the necessity of having in the country an Establishment of superior education dedicated exclusively to the separation of posgrado of military profile, Masters and doctorates that he/she will prepare to the officials of the first and second degree of the FAA. The conceived preparation will be carried out from an integral didactic conception, participative, tendiente to the development and contextualized to the socio-economic reality of the country. The institution that serves like object of the work should have present the level and possibilities of the cloister and the directive to identify the weaknesses, strengths and opportunities that it possesses for its internal development and external projection, for such ends in the work the general conceptions of the didactics of the education postgraduate they are presented in the ISE of the FAA that intend to be carried out from the perspective politician and social in the society.
