Resumen
En el presente trabajo, producto de la investigación que se realiza para la tesis doctoral se abordan algunas consideraciones ofrecidas por diferentes autores relacionadas con el diagnóstico pedagógico y su importancia en la formación integral del estudiante al nivel de licenciatura para la formación de profesores de educación Telesecundaria en la Escuela Normal de Tierra Caliente en el estado de Guerrero, México en parte, debido a una realización insuficiente de este. Para el trabajo con relación al diagnóstico, se asumen las aportaciones de Vigotsky (1988) y Zilberstein (2016), para la formación integral, a Zarzar (2003) y referido a lo personológico a González F. (199.Fueron utilizados los métodos y técnicas de nivel teórico empírico y estadísticos matemáticos.
ABSTRACT
In the present work, it is the product of the research carried out for the doctoral thesis. It addresses the existing problem in students entering the undergraduate level for the training of Telesecundaria education teachers based on the scientific problem: How to improve the diagnosis for the comprehensive training of students in normal school? Consequently, the object of study is the comprehensive diagnosis of the students and the field of action is the improvement of the diagnosis for the comprehensive training of the students of the Tierra Caliente Regional Normal School. The general objective to be achieved is to design a pedagogical strategy with a personological approach, to improve the diagnosis and achieve a comprehensive training of the students of the Tierra Caliente Regional Normal School. As theoretical support for the work in relation to the diagnosis, the contributions of Vigotsky (1988) and Zilberstein (2016), for comprehensive training, to Zarzar (2003) and referring to the personological to González F. (1999) are assumed.
For the development of the work, the theoretical-empirical and statistical-mathematical methods and techniques were used.
