Diversidad cultural en la formación profesional
Resumen
Al hablar de diversidad cultural nos enfrentamos a hechos, actitudes, procesos y acciones que a pesar de las normativas, locales, nacionales o internacionales aún no es comprendida ni explotada en el ámbito educativo para el desarrollo y enriquecimiento cultural de la sociedad boliviana que puede irradiar prácticas educativas.
El contar con normativas como la constitución Política del Estado, la ley de educación Ley de la Reforma Educativa: “Avelino Siñani y Elizardo Pérez, Ley Nº 045 Ley contra el Racismo y toda forma de discriminación y otras, que norman, reglamentan, dirigen el rescate, promoción, protección y desarrollo de la diversidad cultural, es un paso muy importante, pero a la vez no es suficiente.
Es importante promover que la sociedad, la escuela y todos los espacios de formación son escenarios de diálogo, donde la pluralidad de culturas no se subordina una a otra, sino que en el plano intercultural, se pueda generar el intercambio cultural y educativo, crear vínculos entre sujetos, manifestar diferencias, solidaridades, resistencias y discrepancias donde la relación intercultural sea de forma horizontal, respetando todas sus características que las diferencian y sus similitudes.

Abstract
When speaking of cultural diversity we face facts, attitudes, processes and actions that are not yet understood in spite of the local, national or international normative, neither exploded in the educational environment for the development and cultural enrichment of the Bolivian society that it can irradiate educational practices
Having normative as the Political Constitution of the State, the law of education, Law of the Educational Reformation: “Avelino Siñani and Eliizardo Pérez”, and the Law No. 045 (law against racism and all discrimination forms and other that norm, regulates, they direct the rescue, promotion, protection and development of the cultural diversity, is a very important step, but at the same time it is not enough.
It is important to promote that the society, the school and all the formation spaces are scenarios, for dialogue, where the plurality of cultures is not subordinated one to other, but rather in the intercultural field, you can generate the cultural and educational exchange, to create bonds among fellows, to manifest differences, solidarities, resistances and discrepancies where the intercultural relationship is in a horizontal way, respecting all their characteristics that differentiate them and their similarities.
