En las escuelas de Cuba existen oportunidades para la inclusión, las que hay que aprovechar. Aunque las clases no son verdaderos espacios de debate, como parte del currículo son analizados temas como las diferencias sociales y clasistas, el racismo, la identidad nacional, las desigualdades de género, hacen reflexionar a los estudiantes sobre su realidad. El mejor aprovechamiento depende del modo en que los profesores conduzcan la clase y tracen objetivos centrados en temas que influyen en la propia dinámica del grupo. Uno de los agentes educativos con rol determinante al que se le concede prioridad para el éxito del proceso, es el grupo. Por consiguiente, juega un papel importante el aprendizaje colaborativo (AC). Al profesor esta situación le presenta retos, cómo debe prepararse para llevarlos  a cabo, a través de la práctica se logra la experiencia en el tema a tratar, el objetivo del  trabajo consiste en mostrar técnicas para los profesores cuando aplique el aprendizaje colaborativo (AC).

Abstract

In the schools of Cuba they exist opportunities for the inclusion, those who it is necessary to be useful. Although the classes are not true spaces of debate, as part of the curriculum as the social differences and segregationists, the racism, the national identity, the genre inequalities, between other, it do will reflect the students on your reality. The best use depends of the mode in which the teachers conduct the class and draw objectives centered in topics that bear upon the own dynamics of the group. One of the educational agents with determining role, to the one that you are conceded priority for the success of the process, is the group. Therefore, it plays an important paper the collaborative apprenticeship (AC). Thereforeit it plays an important paper the collaborative apprenticeship (AC). To the teacher this situation presents you challenges, as must to take it to end, atravesesof the practice it achieves the experience in the topic to treat, the objective of the work , consists in showing techniques for the teachers when uses the collaborative apprenticeship(AC).
