La gestión del conocimiento en fuentes documentales: las tesis de grado 1901-1958

Resumen

El objetivo es identificar las ideas pedagógicas que favorecieron las investigaciones referidas a la orientación vocacional para los estudios de oficios en Cuba entre 1939 y 1949 a través de las tesis de grado, devenidas en fuentes documentales, de la Escuela de Pedagogía creada por el Maestro Enrique José Varona. La gestión del conocimiento se realizó a partir del método inductivo–deductivo, el análisis documental y de contenido, análisis y síntesis y la sistematización. Los resultados principales están en la identificación de las tendencias de la pedagogía y educación cubana entre los años 1901 y 1958; los términos pedagógicos vinculados con la enseñanza de los oficios y del período y la tendencia en que estas ideas pedagógicas relacionadas con la enseñanza de los oficios en Cuba.

ABSTRACT

The objective is to identify the pedagogical ideas that favored the investigations referred to the vocational orientation for the studies of occupations in Cuba between 1939 and 1949 toward degree theses, become documental sources, of the School of Pedagogy created by the Teacher Enrique Jose Varona.  Know management was make by the Inductive – deductive methods, documental analysis, analysis and synthesis and the systematizing. The main results are the following ones: the tendencies of the pedagogy and Cuban education among the years 1901 and 1958; the pedagogic terms linked with the teaching of the occupations and the identification of the period and the tendency in that these pedagogic ideas related with the teaching of the occupations in Cuba.
