La preparación de las reservas de los dirigentes educacionales

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es sistematizar los referentes teóricos sobre la preparación de reservas de cuadros en Cuba, en particular, los dirigentes educacionales como recursos humanos, con un potencial de dirección que garantiza la oportuna renovación y la adecuada combinación de los cuadros jóvenes con los más experimentados y eficientes. Se ofrece una periodización del proceso en Cuba en la se delimitan cuatro etapas o periodos que aportan elementos enriquecedores y de síntesis en el estudio histórico – lógico que se realiza en esta investigación.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the article is to systematize the theoretical referents on the preparation of reservations of squares in Cuba, in particular, the educational leaders as human resources, with an address potential that guarantees the opportune renovation and the appropriate combination of the young squares with the most experienced and efficient.
