The overcoming in the Technical Education and Professional: impact evaluation

El objetivo del artículo es determinar los indicadores e instrumentos que permiten la evaluación de impacto de la superación en la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba. La utilización de los métodos analítico-sintético, el enfoque de sistema, el análisis documental, entrevista, encuesta y observación aportaron información sobre la superación de los profesores Se logró caracterizar el impacto de la superación de los docentes en el desempeño profesional, en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje y en las relaciones que establece con el territorio, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades e intereses de la institución y del docente, en lo sociopolítico, tecnológico, pedagógico y científico investigativo.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the article is to determine the indicators and instruments that allow the evaluation of impact of the overcoming in the Technical and Professional Education in Cuba. The use of the analytic-synthetic methods, the system focus, the documental analysis, interviews, it interviews and observation contributed information on the teachers overcoming. It was possible to characterize the impact of the overcoming of the teachers in the professional acting, in the address of the teaching - learning process and in the relationships that it settles down with the territory, keeping in mind the necessities and interests of the institution and of the educational one, in the sociopolitical, technological, pedagogic and scientific investigative.
