Educación ambiental. Premisas para una ética ambiental responsable.

La protección al medio ambiente debe constituir uno de los objetivos fundamentales a tener en cuenta por los sistemas educativos a nivel mundial. Es importante que los educadores desarrollen en los estudiantes valores relativos al desarrollo sostenible, ya que desde el surgimiento de la humanidad, se utilizan los recursos naturales para satisfacer las necesidades humanas y mejorar las condiciones de vida, pero directa e indirectamente ha dañado irreparablemente el medio que le rodea.
En la actualidad esto condiciona un cambio profundo en la percepción de las relaciones sociedad – naturaleza y provoca la toma de conciencia por parte de la humanidad en su beneficio; de ahí que hasta hoy se desarrollan diferentes propuestas, convenciones y conferencias que desde 1968 a escala mundial, abogan porque la educación ambiental continúe institucionalizándose para lograr el cuidado, protección y conservación tanto del medio natural como del socioeconómico y cultural.
Esta es la razón por la cual se realizó el siguiente artículo de revisión con el propósito de realizar un análisis del estudio de diferentes concepciones filosóficas que enmarcan la relación Tecnología- Sociedad- Naturaleza, así como la importancia que tiene el desarrollo de la educación ambiental para lograr una ética ambiental responsable.

Abstract
The protection to the environment one should constitute from the fundamental objectives to keep in mind for the educational systems at world level. It is important that the educators develop in the student’s relative values to the sustainable development, since from the humanity's emergence, the natural resources are used to satisfy the human necessities and to improve the conditions of life, but direct and indirectly it has damaged the means that surrounds him irreparably.
At the present time this conditions a deep change in the perception of the relationships society - nature and it causes the taking of conscience on the part of the humanity in their benefit; with the result that until today different proposals, conventions and conferences are developed that from 1968 to world scale, they plead because the environmental education continues institutionalizing he/she stops to achieve the care, protection and so much conservation of the natural means as of the socioeconomic and cultural.
This is the reason for which was carried out the following revision article with the purpose of carrying out an analysis of the study of different philosophical conceptions that frame the relationship Technology - Society - Nature, as well as the importance that has the development of the environmental education to achieve a responsible environmental ethics.
