Los orígenes del trabajo, como actividad natural del ser humano, está sujeto a modalidades para la clasificación de su realización, y entre éstas se encuentran, las tradicionales; es decir, por tiempo indefinido, a plazo fijo y por obra determinada; asimismo, hay regímenes especiales reconocidos doctrinaria y legalmente, entre ellos se encuentra el trabajo a domicilio, el cual representa una antigua forma de empleo, que  actualmente está cobrando auge como resultado de los procesos de globalización de la economía y del mercado, como una forma de desconcentración productiva y dispersión de las unidades económicas, a diferencia de las formas tradicionales enunciadas anteriormente, tales como el sector textil, la confección, el calzado, productos de cuero, envasado y etiquetamiento de productos diversos; entre otras, ya sea en la producción de bienes o servicios, otra de las formas es el teletrabajo Para  entender  el  concepto  del  teletrabajo  y  las posibilidades que  presenta  su regulación  normativa, deberemos  comentar  cómo  surgió  el  teletrabajo  y  su contexto en el pasado y en el presente. Los orígenes del teletrabajo se remontan a la década de 1970 dentro del contexto de la crisis del petróleo, cuando se observó si uno de cada siete estadounidense no utilizaba transporte para acudir al lugar de trabajo, no tendría necesidad alguna de importar petróleo. Llevando esta forma el trabajo a casa gracias a las telecomunicaciones. Se rompe así con dos estereotipos de trabajo: la relación entre el hombre y su lugar de trabajo, por un lado, y el trabajo y el horario, por otra.

Juridique analysis of the origination of the telework

Abstract

The origins of the work, as the human being natural activity, it is subject to modalities for the classification of their realization, and enter these they are, the traditional ones; that is to say, for indefinite time, to fixed term and for certain work; also, there is doctrinal grateful special regimens and legally, among them he/she is the work to home, which represents an old employment form that at the moment is charging peak as a result of the processes of globalization of the economy and of the market, like a form of productive it´s not concentrated and dispersion of the economic units, contrary to the traditional forms enunciated previously, such as the textile sector, the making, the footwear, leather products, packed and etiquette of diverse products; among other, either in the production of goods or services, another in the ways is the telework to understand the concept of the telework and the possibilities that it presents their normative regulation, we will comment how it arose the telework and their context in the past and presently. The origins of the telework go back to the decade of 1970 inside the context of the crisis of the petroleum, when it was observed if one of each seven American didn't use transport to go to the work place, he/she would not have necessity some of caring petroleum. Taking this form the work to house thanks to the telecommunications. It breaks up this way with two work stereotypes: the relationship between the man and their work place, on one hand, and the work and the schedule, for another.
