El trabajo muestra la realización de una sistematización de los autores que han escrito sobre la figura del tutor que en nuestro entender constituye el eje fundamental en la formación y desarrollo intelectual de los alumnos, según decir de la doctora Añorga la tutoría  es un proceso interactivo en el que se producen y consolidan conocimientos, habilidades y valores; o sea competencias sobre el principio de la teoría y la práctica, los  procesos de actividad y comunicación y las interrelaciones personales del tutor-alumno, lo que refuerza el criterio de las autoras de que la acción tutorial realizada a distancia no permite la intervención pedagógica, razón por la cual se presentan en este artículo  las características que deben tener los tutores del siglo XXI para enfrentar los retos de la nueva Tecnología y el desarrollo Científico Técnico en su avance vertiginoso

A challenge in the University of the XXI century the guardian teacher

Abstract    

The creators executed an evaluation systematized about the authors. These authors, that wrote about the tutor's figure. We think that the tutors are the fundamental axle in the formation and the students' intellectual development. The Doctor Añorga told us that the tutorship is an interactive process. In that process they take place and they consolidate knowledge, abilities and values. It is qualified the student on the principle of the theory and the practical one and also on the processes of the activity, communication and the even tutor's personal interrelations and student. This action reinforces the judgment of the authors. We say that the tutorship at distance doesn't allow the pedagogic intervention. This motive is the reason we present the necessary characteristics of the tutors of the XXI century. We believe that with these qualities they can confront the new challenges of the technology and the scientific development much better; they advance with a quick rhythm. We believe that the tutor should go to that step.
