La obra educativa de la Lic. Celia Sánchez Manduley constituye una importante contribución al medio ambiente; sistema complejo y dinámico de interrelaciones ecológicas, socioeconómicas y culturales que evolucionan a través del proceso histórico de la sociedad, abarca la naturaleza, el patrimonio histórico-cultural creado por la humanidad y como elemento de importancia las relaciones sociales.
En este aspecto, la heroína de la Sierra y el Llano, quien puso en práctica diferentes obras renovadoras, planificó y organizó su teoría para enriquecer el sistema ambiental del país.

Abstract
The educational work of Lic. Celia Sanchez Manduley constitutes an important contribution to the environment; a complex and dynamic system of ecological inter-relations, socio-economic and cultural that evolves across the historic process of the society, borders the nature, the significant historical-cultural context created by humanity, and as an important element of social relations.
In this aspect, the heroine de la Sierra y el Llano, put into practice different tasks, planned and organized her theory to enrich the environmental system of the country.
