Preparación del claustro novel universitario para la gestión de la calidad del proceso de formación
Resumen
El mundo contemporáneo se caracteriza por transformaciones globales a nivel internacional, este escenario ha conllevado a que las organizaciones intergubernamentales insistan en que los sistemas educativos tienen la responsabilidad de generar y difundir el conocimiento en la sociedad y, por tanto, se instituyen en instancias decisivas y base del desarrollo científico y tecnológico de la sociedad. Esta demanda que se le hace a los sistemas educativos ha conllevado a que en la región los gobiernos vean la necesidad de mejorar la calidad de la educación. En Cuba la sociedad y el desarrollo de la universidad reclaman transformaciones proactivas e innovadoras en la gestión universitaria que contribuyan al incremento de la calidad de la educación superior. En la actualidad la educación superior cubana caracteriza por presentar en su claustro una incorporación progresiva de jóvenes recién graduados de diferentes carreras universitarias (claustro novel); a partir de esta realidad constituye una tarea de primer orden la preparación y superación pedagógica y científico- técnica de estos recursos humanos (claustro novel), los cuales devienen en un factor fundamental para el desarrollo y el logro de la calidad de cualquier institución de educación superior. Teniendo en cuenta esta realidad, el presente trabajo como objetivo: Fundamentar la necesidad de la preparación del claustro novel universitario gestionar con calidad el proceso de formación del profesional de la educación.
Preparation of the beginner cloister for the university student management to the quality of formation process
Abstract:
The contemporary world is characterized by global transformations at international level, this scenario has made that to the intergovernmental organizations insist in that educational systems have the responsibility to generate and to diffuse the knowledge in the society and, therefore, they are instituted in decisive instances and base of the scientific and technological development of the society. This demand that educational systems in the region make the governments see the necessity to improve the quality of the education In Cuba the society and the university development of the transformations and innovators claim in the university management their contribute to the increment the quality of higher education. At the present time the Cuban higher education is characterized to present in its cloister a progressive incorporation young recently graduate of university (beginner cloister) different careers; starting from this reality it constitutes a task of first order the preparation and pedagogic and scientific overcome - technique of these human resources (beginner cloister), which become in a fundamental factor to development and the achievement of the quality for any institution of higher education. Keeping in mind this reality, the present work such as objective: To fundament, the necessity of the preparation of the beginner cloister university student to management with quality the professional’s procedures of education formation
