La educación ciudadana y en valores: una alternativa para la reinserción constructiva de los reclusos a la vida social en Colombia
Resumen
En la comunidad educativa colombiana, la formación de investigadores se considera un aporte importante para el desarrollo social y un alto indicador de la calidad educativa. Pero formar investigadores en las Instituciones de la Educación Media colombiana es un problema complejo para la administración educativa en el ámbito de lo pedagógico, ya que la enseñanza debe promover, además de la formación en las áreas fundamentales de conocimiento, la formación científica investigativa del estudiantado, con una comunidad académica que tenga la capacidad de convocar y formar a los jóvenes de este nivel de educación en personas ávidas de la investigación. Este trabajo, expone el análisis de la importancia de la formación científico investigativa en la Educación Media de la República de Colombia y se basa en las concepciones de la investigación científica con vista formar los futuros investigadores desde ese nivel de educación.

The civil education and in values: an alternative for the constructive reintegration of the recluses to the social life in Colombia
Abstract
In the educational Colombian community, the formation of investigators is considered an important contribution for the social development and a high indicator of the educational quality. But to form investigators in the Institutions of the Half Colombian Education is a complex problem for the educational administration in the environment of the pedagogic thing, since the teaching should promote, besides the formation in the fundamental areas of knowledge, the scientific investigative formation of the student body, with an academic community that has the capacity to summon and to form the youths of this education level in avid people of the investigation. This work exposes the analysis of the importance of the investigative formation scientist in the Half Education of the Republic of Colombia and it is based on the conceptions of the scientific investigation with view to form the investigating futures Fromm that education level.
