La ética martiana en la juventud cubana. Algunas experiencias

Resumen

La Universidad cubana de hoy está llamada a la formación de profesionales con los valores que precisa nuestra sociedad.

Los valores guían toda la actividad humana, pues son elementos indispensables en la regulación de la conducta de los seres humanos y la expresión de las múltiples posibilidades que poseemos de crecimiento moral. Los valores se forman en el proceso de socialización, bajo la influencia de la familia, la escuela y la comunidad y poseen una naturaleza compleja y multilateral que se expresa a través de conductas y comportamientos.

En el mundo de hoy se aprecia un visible deterioro de determinados valores éticos a nivel global. Pero los valores no pueden oponerse a la realidad, pues son su reflejo, que el hombre elabora y que surgen producto de sus motivaciones y necesidades. Sin embargo, en todas las sociedades y en las diferentes épocas, el hombre ha tenido que enfrentar sus propios retos de desarrollo.

Uno de los aspectos más discutidos en nuestra sociedad son los valores morales que prevalecen en la juventud cubana.

En la educación moral es indudable la trascendencia de un paradigma que oriente racionalmente el pensamiento y la acción. En el presente trabajo se aborda la vigencia de los valores del ideario martiano en dos grupos de estudiantes del 1er año de la Carrera de Comunicación Social en la Sede Universitaria Municipal del Cerro, mediante el análisis de la selección realizada por ellos de algunos de sus preceptos.

En ambos grupos los valores éticos preponderantemente seleccionados por estos jóvenes resultaron la honestidad, la bondad, el honor y la laboriosidad.

Sólo el conocimiento verdadero de los valores que forman parte de las convicciones de nuestros jóvenes nos posibilitarán orientarnos mejor en nuestra labor formadora.

The ethics martiana in the Cuban youth. Some experiences.

Abstract

The Cuban University of today is called to the professionals' formation with the values that our society needs(specifies).

The values guide all the human activity, since there are indispensable elements in the regulation of the conduct of the human beings and the expression of the multiple possibilities that we possess of moral growth. The values form in the socialization process, under the influence of the family, the school and the community and possess a complex and multilateral nature that expresses itself across(through) conducts and behaviors(manners).

In the today world there is appreciated a visible deterioration of certain ethical values on a global scale. But the values cannot be opposed to the reality, since there are its reflex, which the man prepares and which they arise product of its motivations and needs. Nevertheless, in all the societies and in the different epochs, the man has had to face his own development challenges.

One of the aspects most discussed in our society there are the moral values that prevail in the Cuban youth.

In the moral education there is undoubted the transcendency of a paradigm that faces rationally the thought and the action. In the present work there is tackled the validity of the values of the ideology martiano in two groups of students of 1er year of the Career of Social Communication in the Municipal University Head office of the Hill, by means of the analysis of the selection realized by them of some of its prescripts.

In both groups the ethical values preponderantly selected by this young people turned out to be the honesty, the kindness, the honor and the laboriousness.

Only the real knowledge of the values that there is part of the convictions of our young people they will make possible to us to face us better in our forming work.
