Propuesta de actividades del Proyecto Integral de Trabajo Educativo desde la asignatura Biología Humana, Curso Premédico
Resumen
El Curso Premédico en la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina, ha perfeccionado el nivel académico, científico y de trabajo educativo de los estudiantes. Para ello los departamentos se proponen elevar la calidad del trabajo educativo con actividades curriculares y extracurriculares, las cuales aún son insuficientes desde la diversidad cultural de los educandos y las potenciales de cada asignatura. Constituye una necesidad, la incorporación de actividades en los espacios posibles de manera que contribuya a la formación de los valores morales y a transformar el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje de la Biología Humana para la formación del futuro profesional de la salud. En función de perfeccionar el trabajo es necesario que las actividades se realicen teniendo en cuenta las características de los estudiantes y las potencialidades de las asignaturas y los departamentos. Para ello se han considerado las prioridades del trabajo educativo de la dirección de premédico, se ha consultado la bibliografía especializada en esta temática así como la confección del Proyecto de Trabajo Educativo (PITE) del departamento de Biología Humana con diversidad de actividades, por lo que este trabajo tiene como objetivo: Proponer un sistema de actividades que contribuyan al trabajo educativo desde la asignatura Biología Humana que permita la formación integral de los estudiantes del curso Premédico de la ELAM. La propuesta es un referente para la organización del trabajo educativo, de modo que constituye un modelo para particularizar las actividades, aprovechando las características de cada asignatura y enriquecer el trabajo educativo en el Curso Premédico.

Proposal of activities of the Integral Project of Educational Work from the subject Human biology, Premedical Course
Abstract
The premed course in the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) has perfection in the level of academic, scientific and educative work of the students. For this the departments have proposed to elevate the quality of educative work with curriculum and extracurricular activities, which although are insufficient since the cultural diversity of the pupils and the potentials of each subject. It constitutes a necessity, the incorporation of activities in the spaces possible, in the form that contributes to the formation of moral values and to transform the process of learning and teaching of human biology for the formation of future profession of health. In function to perfectionate the work it is necessary that the activities are realized taking into consideration the characteristics of the students and the potentials of the subjects and the departments. For this they have considered the priorities of educative work of premed, the specialized bibliography has been consulted in this subtopic like the making of the Educative Work Project (PITE) of the human biology department, with diversity of activities for which this work has this objective: To propose a system of activities that contributes to the educative work of the Human Biology subject that permits the integral formation of the students of the premedical course in ELAM. The propose is a regard to the organization of educative work, in form that constitutes a model to particularize the activities, utilizing the characteristics of each subject and to enrich the educative work of the premed course.
