Abstract

The research aims to propose a methodological strategy of preparation for the municipal methodologist of pre-university education that contributes to the improvement of the direction of methodological work in socio-educational networks for the improvement of the educational process. To expose a scientific and effective strategy for the professional development of methodologists from network mapping, theoretical and empirical methods were used in an integrated way and from the action-participatory research approach. The identification of shortcomings in the training of municipal methodologists and the design of the methodological strategy. It is concluded that the strategy covers the organizational, the research and the developer; it addresses both the cognitive component and the motivational-affective of learning, which favors the transition from intuition to concrete evidence for the strengthening of each link in this educational chain and that it is sustainable over time.
