El pensamiento ambientalista de Fidel Castro en el Movimiento de Pioneros Exploradores
Abstract
The environmentalist thought of Fidel Castro Ruz in the Movement of Pioneer Explorers is little known among scholars of the subject and those who practice it, despite its extraordinary validity in the current moments that Cuban society is experiencing. Delve into Fidel Castro visionary conceptions about the environment in the Movement of Pioneer Explorers, supported by the contribution that the systematic practice of exploration and hiking made in his comprehensive, patriotic and environmental training, as well as the activities carried out. For its fulfillment, constitutes the essence of this work. For its development, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, documentary analysis and scientific observation were used, in order to demonstrate Fidel constant concern that Cuban children and adolescents understand the need and importance of preserving the environment, in the interest of present and future generations, whose practical applicability is supported by the activities that its members carry out to love nature, the socialist homeland and prepare for life in the campaign, as a legacy to Fidelista thought on the environment.
