Abstract
The twenty-first century society is characterized by the rapid development that sciences have reached all around the world. This fact demands to understand the need to adopt a constant improvement attitude in order to keep our knowledge updated. This article is intended to suggest some criteria to reflect upon the professors professionalizing processes and its regularities as an alternative of the Advanced Education Theory. The dialectical and materialistic theory is adopted as well as the Advanced Education theory fundamentals. The scientific methods used were documental analysis, historical-logical and systematization.
