Los principios de la Educación Avanzada y su tratamiento en el mejoramiento profesional y humano

Abstract

Advanced Education as an educational theory for the professional and human improvement of labor and community resources, constitutes a vitally important element in the training of personnel; It is directed towards the consolidation of a human being who contributes and transforms socially and who feels fully satisfied from a spiritual, professional and social point of view. This theory favors a system of actions that allows the acquisition not only of technical aspects, but also of human and behavioral values and that in turn; allow better performance in human resources. This article aims to reveal how the application of the foundations of the principles of Advanced Education contributes to the professional and human improvement of labor and community resources. Historical-logical, systematization and documentary analysis were used as theoretical methods in order to identify the principles that support the theory of Advanced Education for professional and human improvement, as well as empirical methods that allow us to verify the particularities of the context in which it is investigated. Doctoral these articles by researchers from the scientific community were reviewed, which show the importance of the principles of Advanced Education.
