Las relaciones y principios de la educación avanzada, sustentos de los procesos sustantivos universitarios
Abstract
The development of the theory of Advanced Education, allowed the verification in practice of the transformations in the university substantive processes. In correspondence with the demands of higher education and the university context, it is necessary to determine its main problems and development potentialities as a starting point. In this sense, the present work has as objective: to base the importance of the relationships and principles of Advanced Education as a support of the university substantive processes. For the development of the research, theoretical and empirical methods were used that made it possible to characterize the object of study as a phenomenon in constant transformation. As a main result, it´s reported that Advanced Education offers a theoretical-practical proposal that complements the current pedagogical theory and constitutes strength of Cuban Pedagogy. Its postulates, categories, principles, regularities and laws allow organizing, executing and evaluating the professional and human improvement of labor and community resources. The conclusion was reached that Advanced Education and its principles constitute an important alternative in the support of substantive university processes, since it is inextricably linked to social and human development.
