Performance as a pedagogical process in Advanced Education for local development and its internalization

El desempeño como proceso pedagógico en Educación Avanzada para el desarrollo local y su internalización

Abstract

In the current context, Advanced Education is considered as an Educational Theory aimed at improving all labor and community resources from a more open and creative field of action. The objective of this paper is to substantiate the need to improve performance as a pedagogical process in Advanced Education for local development and its internalization. For the development of the research, theoretical, empirical and statistical processing methods were used that made it possible to characterize the object of study as a phenomenon in constant transformation and development. The main result is reported, that the performance as a pedagogical process towards local development must be done from a process of internalization, in which the prevalence of various problems related to local development from different perspectives has been evidenced. The conclusion was reached that from the improvement of performance, it contributes to the improvement of local development on solid theoretical bases and with a strong scientific foundation, which also strengthens the University-Society pairing in terms of Local Development.
